1. Data controller
Casa D'Lobo (“the Hotel”), with its address at Río Grijalva #203, Col. San Pedro, Malinalco, Estado de México, ZIP 52440, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations and the Privacy Notice Guidelines.

2. Personal data we collect
We only collect the data you give us directly, either through the booking request form on this site or when you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email:
- Name.
- Email address.
- Phone number.
- Intended arrival and departure dates.
- Any message or comment you choose to send us.
We do not collect sensitive personal data, nor financial or asset information through this website. Payments, where applicable, are handled through channels outside this page.
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is used for the following primary purposes, all necessary to assist you:
- Handling and following up on your booking or information request.
- Confirming availability, rates and the conditions of your stay.
- Contacting you to arrange your arrival and the details of your stay.
- Meeting the legal and tax obligations arising from providing the service.
We do not use your data for secondary purposes — such as advertising or promotions — unless you expressly authorise it. You may refuse or object to those purposes without it affecting how we handle your request.
4. Data transfers
The Hotel does not transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent, except in the cases set out in article 37 of the LFPDPPP — for instance, where a transfer is legally required by a competent authority.
The technology providers supporting the site (web hosting and the service that delivers form messages) act as processors: they handle the data solely on the Hotel's behalf and according to its instructions.
5. ARCO rights
At any time you may access your personal data, rectify it when inaccurate or incomplete, request its cancellation when you believe it is no longer needed for the purposes stated, or object to its processing for specific purposes. You may also withdraw any consent you have given us.
To exercise any of these rights, send a request tocontacto@casadelobo.com.mx stating your name, a means of replying to you, a clear description of the right you wish to exercise, and a copy of official identification proving who you are. We will respond within twenty working days at most.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
This is a static site and uses only the technical storage strictly necessary to work and to remember your language preference. We do not use advertising or third-party profiling cookies. You can block or clear local storage from your browser settings without losing access to the content.
7. Data retention
We keep the data from your request for as long as needed to deal with it and, where applicable, for the periods required by the tax and commercial rules that apply. Once those periods elapse, the data is securely deleted.
8. Changes to this notice
Any change to this notice will be published on this same page, stating the date it was last updated. We suggest checking it from time to time.
If you believe your right to data protection has been breached, you may take the matter to the competent data protection authority in Mexico.
